This is where your company is the Principal Contractor for a Registered Provider.
The Registered Provider (RP) or Housing Association has entered into a JCT contract or similar with your Company to deliver new homes in partnership with them.
In this Market Sector the (RP) will receive defects and repair requests from their Customer facing teams from their tenants for the properties that your Company has handed over on practical completion.
You can create user profiles for all your RP users and Sub-Contractors to collaborate on defects and repairs.
The KPI feature is vitally important in this context to ensure that your company responds in accordance with criteria set out in your contract.
The Registered Providers Admin users set the KPI in this sector.
