How do I add a file to a Scheme, Plot, Ticket or Inspection List?

Step 1: Click on the Document button on the Scheme, Plot, Ticket or Inspection List page.

Step 2: Simply click on upload new.

Step 3: Choose the file button will open your local folders on your PC or laptop.

Step 4: Choose the file you wish to upload, 

Step 5: Click Submit to upload the file.

A file can be kept as private (only shown to internal users) or you can choose to share.  

Ticket document - can be shared with the sub-contractor and housing association (if applicable).

Plot Document in Speculative sector - can be shared on the homeowners portal.

Scheme Document in Speculative sector - can be shared on the homeowners portal. Only User guides, Warranty Information, Utilities and Miscellaneous documents etc. can appear on the homeowners portal.
