Logging into your Resident Portal

Please note that clixifix® does not complete the defects in your property, this is your Housebuilder's/Housing Association's responsibility.
Please contact your Housebuilder/Housing Association if you need to follow up on defects you have raised.


Invitation: 

To log into your resident account in clixifix® you need to have initially received an invitation from your Housebuilder/Housing Association to confirm your account, which gives you the opportunity to create a password and log into your portal.  
If you have not received this, please contact your Housebuilder/Housing Association

Authentication Code: 

There is a secondary level of security on clixifix® to help secure your data.
An email will arrive with an authentication code that you need to enter into the browser. (only re-generated every 10 minutes)
If you need to frequently access your account then please tick the box to remember you for 30 days and you won't be asked for this code again for those 30 days.
Please do not allow your browser itself to remember passwords for you as this may cause problems after those 30 days.


Future Access: 

Always use the main clixifix.com website and the orange login button or this link to Log into your Resident Portal.


Forgotten password: 
Step 1: Click on the forgotten password link on the clixifix® sign-in page


Step 2: An email will arrive with an authentication code, codes are regenerated every 10 minutes


Step 3: After entering this code a second email will include a link to reset the password

If you have problems receiving any notifications from clixifix®, please check your junk mail folders and ensure your inbox can receive emails from notifications@clixifix.co.uk.
