If you have permissions set by your Housebuilder/Housing Association, you can log a Defect (ticket) directly through your Resident Portal
Please, contact them directly if this is not available to you
Step 1: From the Overview Page, select '+ NEW TICKET'
Step 2: Populate the fields as required, try to be as specific as possible in the description (location, what the defect is, what it's near, etc.) Now click 'Next Step'
Step 3: Ensure your contact information is correct and up to date. Click 'Next Step'
Step 4: Add supporting images/documents as required, clicking 'Image' will direct you to your gallery/camera on a smart device
Step 5: Click 'Post Ticket'
Step 6: Your Defect ticket will appear in your Tickets Menu
Step 7: Click the Defect ticket to view it in detail
Step 8: Clicking on the comments bubble icon allows you to discuss the Defect ticket directly with your Housebuilder/Housing Association (This is not a live chat facility) and answer any questions either of you may have, including discussions around appointments for resolution
Step 9: Selecting the Documents tab will allow you to view or download files and images on the Defect ticket and let you upload more if you need to
Step 10: Finally, back on the main 'Overview' page, you can now see the status of any Defect tickets and you have access to them from there
