What documents should be held against a Plot?

To share documents with your plot contacts, please follow the instructions below:

Go to a plot > Add a Document > Toggle 'Share with Residents Portal' to 'Yes'

The Plot documents area is designed to store all relevant documents that your business should hold against that plot and or want to share with the plot contact.

In short if it’s important to the plot or individual contact there, you may want to keep a digital copy of this document here

The headers below are given against which you can upload information to be consumed by your plot contact via their resident’s portal.

You may want to upload documentation such as; 

• Home User Guides
• Appliance Manuals
• Emergency Contact Details 
• Building Warranty Certificates 
• Site Information – Brochures, House Type etc
• Agreed Response & Repair Times for defects
• Consumer Code
