Creating Inspection List Types

Inspection List Defects & Reactive Defects can now be set with different KPIs. 

We have introduced the capability to have different KPIs per Inspection List Type. Only Admin users can access Inspection List Types. 

Step 1: Select Admin > Inspection List Types.

Step 2: Enter the List name into the free text box to the right of + Create new list type.

Step 3: Use the drop down to select which context this list is available on (this will vary based on your account setup, it may show Speculative Housing, Partnership Residential and/or Commercial Projects)

Step 4: Select +Add New List Type.

Once created you can update the KPIs if required. See article Amending Inspection List Types

If you have the Resident Portal and the option for Residents to create Inspection Lists switched on you will have the option to ‘Allow Residents to select this list type’ when they create an Inspection List, use the toggle to switch this off/on.
